1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the EasyEvent platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our storefront, ticketing engines, and voting APIs.

2. Accounts & Registration

When creating an Organizer or Client profile, you must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the terms, which may result in immediate suspension or termination of your storefront access.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining credentials security.
• You must immediately notify us of any security compromise or unauthorized platform usage.

3. Ticketing and Voting Policies

Organizers are solely responsible for establishing pricing parameters, ticket limits, and voting nomination requirements for their live campaigns. EasyEvent acts strictly as an administrative facilitator and technical provider.

Any attempt to disrupt voting integrity, manipulate scoreboards, bypass transactional boundaries, or reverse-engineer API layers is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for lifetime account termination.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall EasyEvent, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the ticketing engine or live audience tally dashboards.
